The removable All Day Cushioning insole provides maximum comfort during long shifts, while the lightweight FLX Foam midsole has a light springy feel that cushions every step. An oil- and slip-resisting, Duratread sole passes hot contact tests at 300°C/572°F. The flat bottom of these men's work shoes has no defined heel. With full-grain leather, moc toe, mesh lining, and cement construction, these non slip shoes for men are great for all-day wear. Plus, they meet ASTM F2413 standards for safety toe protection and electrical hazard resistance, and ASTM F3445 standards for slip resistance, making them as safe as they are comfortable.
